When a new version is detected, (D2OL)™ must update to connect to the system. During the update process the following window will display different pages with information describing the current state of the update.

The first page shows a summary of the update. The total size of the update and the estimated download time for a 56k modem are shown. If you have Automode enabled, the current status of Automode is displayed at the bottom left. For information on configuring Automode visit Customizing the Agent.

Press OK to begin the update or Cancel to decline.

This page shows the progress of the update in process. As the new version is downloaded and installed, the percent complete is shown by the progress bar. If you must abort the update for some reason press Cancel and you may complete the update at a later time by launching (D2OL)™ again.

If you see this page, an error occured during the update process. Press OK and usually the error will correct itself. If after several tries (D2OL)™ will not update, please email info@D2OL.com with a brief description of the error.

Once the update process is complete (D2OL)™ will restart and be fully up to date with the new version.
